Italian aperitivo!!!

aperitivo is the best time of the day for italian people. Aperitivo means to drink cocktails and eat small italian delicatessen  between 6,30  n' 10 o'clock pm.
Following you can find our (and all italian people) favourite italian cocktails to end 
 your day perfectly... or starting your night in a good mood!


SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • 3 ounces Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
  • Sparkling mineral water or club soda, chilled
  • 1 lemon or orange slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a champagne flute with Aperol. Add Prosecco and top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with a lemon or orange slice and serve. 
BELLINI

 Ingredients:

  • 1 pint strawberries




  • sparkling white wine Instructions:
    Hull, clean and half the strawberries. Puree them in a blender until smooth. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour. Pour the chilled strawberry purée into a flute or glass and then add chilled sparkling wine. Ratio of 1/3 strawberries to 2/3 wine.



  • AMERICANO

    Ingredients:

    • 1 oz Campari
    • 1 oz sweet vermouth
    • club soda
    • lemon twist or orange slice for garnish

    Preparation:

    1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
    2. Build with the Campari and vermouth.
    3. Top off with club soda.
    4. Garnish with the lemon twist or orange slice.
    Switch to a highball glass and add more club soda for a tall thirst quencher.
